Abstract/Citation: Provides for the establishment of worker's representatives committees, comprised of leading employees in enterprises with 10 or more employees. This body participates in decisions regarding dismissals and trade agreements which affect the business of the enterprise. Unlike works' councils members, representatives of the committees established persuant to this act are not protected against dismissal during the time they are acting as representatives.
