| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Social Fund (Cold Weather Payments) (General) Regulations 1988 (S.I. 1988 No. 1724) by increasing with effect from 1 November 1995 the prescribed amount payable. Also amends Schedule 1 to the Regulations making changes to the areas linked to national climatological message stations by way of Post Office postcodes. |
