Defines concepts (enterprise, its tasks and activities, types of enterprises). Makes provision for formation of an enterprise and the procedures for its registration, its property and its management (article 48: conclusion of labour contract), for its economic and social activities (chapter 17: labour income of a worker of an enterprise), relations with the State, liquidation and reorganization.
