| Abstract/Citation: | Applies the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 to any pensions payable under the Civil Service Supplementary (Earnings Cap) Pension Scheme 1994. Section 5(4) of the 1971 Act confers power to provide for increases to take effect retrospectively. Regulation 4 permits increases in respect of any pension beginning on or after 2 March 1992. |
