Abstract/Citation: Further amends Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 1979 to provide that payments made by an employer to an employee up to certain limits to defray incidental costs of travel are to be excluded from the person's earning when calculating earnings-related contributions; payments made by an employer to defray costs in respect to liability insurance in relation to an office or an employment are to be excluded for these calculations as well.
