Abstract/Citation: Provides compensation for persons who have been exposed to noise in their working environment and have suffered noise-induced deafness. Establishes Occupational Deafness Compensation Fund, appoints Occupational Deafness Medical Committee, and determines payment of compensation. The Ordinance consequentially amends several compensation and pension ordinances.
