Second Region

Establishes the Agricultural Cooperative Bank, for undertaking in particular the financing of cooperative agriculture without considering profit as a fundamental target. The Bank is exempted from some duties and taxes. Credit for the purposes provided for in this law shall be confined to the Bank.
