Abstract/Citation
In order to obtain the permit (licence) the enterprise shall submit documents to the relevant Migration Department. The decision shall be taken within 30 days. Appeal against a refusal or a cancellation of the license is possible. The license is issued for 5 years and is renewable. The licensee is not entitled to receive money in advance from potential employers or to provide to those employers the rules in force on emigration and immigration in Belarus. He must register candidates for emigration free of charge, inform them about working conditions abroad and establish their labour contracts.Appendix: application form to obtain the licence.
