Abstract/Citation: Provides for numerous amendments concerning, inter alia, the functions and general powers of the Board, the scope of and payments out of the Employees Retraining Fund, and the procedure for determining applications as well as issues concerning eligibility. The definition of employee is extended to include a "housewife who wishes to take up employment after retraining and a disabled person in sheltered employment who wishes to take up open employment after retraining".
