Abstract/Citation: Makes miscellaneous amendments to the Social Security (Severe Disablement Allowance) Regulations 1984 consequential upon the passing of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Act 1994, which replaces sickness and invalidity benefits under the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 with a new benefit known as incapacity benefit.
