Abstract/Citation: Inserts a new subsection 2 in section 1 providing that a woman must take two weeks' leave after confinement. Provides that a woman may be absent from work for pregnancy examinations during working hours. If a worker is dismissed on any of the grounds mentioned in section 7, the worker is entitled to a written explanation for the dismissal.
