Abstract/Citation: Concerns the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme which was established under regulations made under section 37 of the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946. The Regulations continue the Scheme in force notwithstanding the repeal by the Coal Industry Act 1994 of section 37 of the above Act and of the enactments modifying that section; and modify the Scheme in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Coal Industry Act 1994. Made under the Coal Industry Act 1994.
