Abstract/Citation: Enables the owners of dwellings blighted by coal mining subsidence damage or the possibility of such damage to require the person responsible for remedying that damage to purchase the dwelling at its unblighted market value. Made under the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991 and the Coal Mining Act 1994.
