Abstract/Citation: Amends the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations 1985, inter alia, by modifying paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 in order to remove entitlement to reduced earnings allowance in relation to a disease prescribed on or after 10 October 1994 or in relation to an extension of an existing prescribed disease on or after that date, and by adding to the occupations set against prescribed diseases A10 (occupational deafness) and by widening the definition of two of the listed occupations.
