Abstract/Citation: These Regulations aim to implement the 1988 Regulations governing Labour Protection for Female Staff Members and Workers (Art. 1). Types of prohibited work are listed in Art. 3. The Regulations set forth further prohibited work for female workers during the menstrual period (Art. 4); before preganancy for married women (Art. 5); during pregnancy (Art.6); and during breast-feeding (Art. 7).
