| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the coming into force of certain provisions of Schedule 5 to the Social Security Act 1989, and section 23 of the Act in so far as it relates to them on 23 June 1994. These are (a) Schedule 5, paragraph 5 (except 5(2)(b) and (c)) relating to unfair maternity provisions and (b) Schedule 5 paragraph 6 (except 6(3)(b) and (c)) relating to unfair family leave provisions. |
