Abstract/Citation: Amends the Act respecting pension insurance for seamen by excluding from the application of the Act workers employed in hotels and restaurants on board ships. Amends sections 1-2 of the National Insurance Act relating to workers employed in hotels and restaurants on board ships and amends section 32 of the Seamen's Act by providing that the employer of workers not insured in Norway and employed on board a ship, registered in the Norwegian International Register, or employed by an employer with a ship, in foreign trade but registered in the ordinary ships' register, is obliged to guarantee benefits in case of occupational accident or injury.
