| Abstract/Citation: | Disapplies the provisions relating to normal (8-hour) daily period of duty and to annual leave. Modifies provisions for, respectively, overtime payments, rest days, travelling time, temporary salary while performing duties of a higher rank and subsistence allowance. Provides for other minor amendments. Made under the Police (Scotland) Act 1967. |
