Abstract/Citation: Annual leave shall not be divided into two periods except in exceptional circumstances. No annual leave shall be accorded in the first six months of employment. The duration of annual leave shall depend on the age and salary level of the civil servant. Annual leave must be taken at least four months after the end of the year.
