Abstract/Citation: Section 35(3)(b) of the Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (Cap. 426) requires the designated person of an occupational retirement scheme to supply certain information concerning the assets of the scheme upon a written request of a member of the scheme provided such member can produce a resolution passed by a majority of over 50 percent of the members of the scheme in support of such request. These Rules make provisions for the passing of such resolutions.
