Abstract/Citation: Provides that the retirement age of an employee shall be not less than 60 years, or such other age, up to 67 years, as may be prescribed by the Minister. In addition, an employer may not dismiss on the ground of age any employee below 60 years of age or under the prescribed retirement age.
