Second Region

Deals with various aspects of industrial relations. Part II makes provision for Industrial Arbitration Courts. Part III deals with collective bargaining, including recognition of trade unions, invitation of trade unions, conciliation, notification of trade disputes, procedure as to notification, collective agreements, restrictions on collective agreements on certain new undertakings, collective agreement deemed to be an award, representation in negotiations, conciliation and industrial relations officers, and other forms of negotiations. Part IV provides for arbitration, and Part V for awards. Part VI regulates procedure and powers of courts, and Part VI appointment and procedure of boards of inquiry.
