| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 7(1) by substituting the words "section 8(2)" for the words "section 8(3)", by inserting a new sub-paragraph 2 in section 8 relating to the duties of the safety organisation and by inserting in section 14(6) a new sub-paragraph relating to the duties of the branch safety council. |
