| Abstract/Citation: | Extends the application of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Lifting Appliances and Lifting Gear) Regulations to cover the lifting appliances operating in construction sites and incorporates the existing provisions in the Construction Sites (Safety) Regulations (Cap. 59 sub. leg.) into the above mentioned Regulations. Made under the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (Cap. 59). |
