| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Occupational Pension Schemes (Public Service Pension Schemes) Regulations 1978 by inserting a reference to Part IVA of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 (the Pension Ombudsman), and extends the purposes for which the schemes listed in the Schedule to the principal Regulations are to be treated as public service pension schemes and amends that list. |
