| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992, the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991, the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987, the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 and the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987, by increasing the amount to be allowed in respect of the cost of books and equipment in calculating a student's grant income and in respect of housing benefit only, and increasing the amount of the deduction to be made in calculating a student's eligible rent. |
