Abstract/Citation
Modifies the Anthrax Order 1971 by revoking Articles 4 and 5 thereof (which impose certain restrictions on the importation of goods into Great Britain) and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1988 by revoking regulation 4(2) which prohibits the importation of certain substances and articles into the United Kingdom. Made under the European Communities Act 1972.
