Abstract/Citation
Amends the Employment Ordinance by deleting subsection 6(5) and substituting the following: "(5) The Director shall appoint a person to be Secretary to the Board", by substituting in section 16 the words "officers of the Department of Labour and Social Security" for the word "Persons" and by substituting in section 76 the words "officers of the Department of Labour and Social Security" for the words "such address as may be prescribed from time to time for this purpose".
