Abstract/Citation: A special supplement shall be granted to persons drawing benefits under the National Insurance Act in the form of a) Old age pensions, b) disability pensions under Chap. 8, c) transitional benefits and pensions to surviving spouses under paragraphs 10-4, 10-5, 10-6, to unmarried persons under paragraph 10-9, pensions to orphans under paragraph 10-11, and transitional benefits to unmarried, divorced or separated mothers or fathers under parapraph 12-3.
