English translation in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Iraq, 17 Dec. 1986, No. 51, pp. 3-4. Requires pensioners to respond to a call for public service ex necesitate rei (s. 1). Defaulters without a legitimate excuse shall be punished by imprisonment (s. 4). The new Law suspends Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. 361 of 26 Mar. 1985.
