Abstract/Citation: Makes amendments to the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991 and further amendments to the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987 and the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987. In particular, they provide for the calculation of the amount to be deducted in respect of income tax in relation to a claimant's earnings to include the lower rate of income tax and define "lower rate" and amend the definition of "advanced education" in the provisions relating to relevant education and to students.
