Second Region

These Regulations made pursuant to the Gibraltar Development Corporation Ordinance, 1990 provide that an employer who proposes to engage a worker in his business, trade or profession, shall, before seeking to engage any person as such a worker, notify the Employment and Training Board of that intention, providing the Board in such notification the information specified in the Schedule to these Regululations.
