| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989; the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991; the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987; the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987; and the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987, by increasing the amount to be allowed in respect of the cost of books and equipment and the amount of the deduction to be made for the housing benefit in calculating a student's eligible rent. |
