| Abstract/Citation: | These Rules made under the Immigration Ordinance (Cap. 115) amend the Immigration (Vietnamese Boat People) (Tai A Chaun Detention Centre) Rules 1991 by providing for visits by legal advisers to Vietnamese migrants in detention centres; by replacing references to "Vietnamese Boat People" with references to "Vietnamese migrants"; and by providing for other minor amendments to the principal Rules. |
