| Abstract/Citation: | These Rules made under the Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) amend the Immigration (Vietnamese Boat People) (Detention Centres) Rules in respect of the management and control of detention centres and the conduct of Vietnamese migrants in such centres and provide for visits by legal advisers to Vietnamese migrants, and replace references to "Vietnamese Boat People" with references to "Vietnamese Migrants". |
