Abstract/Citation: |
This Regulation made under the Merchant Shipping (Safety) Ordinance (Cap. 369) gives effect to an amendment to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 and requires every Hong Kong ship on international voyage or non-Hong Kong ships while they are within the waters of Hong Kong to be provided with a certificate issued by or on behalf of the flag state of the ship specifying the minimum level of manning considered necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the ship. |
