Amends the Social Security (Introduction of Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991 and the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 1991 in respect of appeals from decisions of the Attendance Allowance Board, and decisions of Social Security Commissioners regarding appeals of decisions of the Board and of disability appeal tribunals.
