| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 by inserting a regulation that requires that part of a beneficiary's benefit be paid directly to a qualifying lender, and that the lender apply the benefit towards the discharge of the liability to pay mortagage interest. |
