Second Region

The Trade Disputes Act is amended in respect of the reporting of disputes and their settlement by a new Disputes Committee, and the representation of parties before the Committee. A new sector 10 A is added that provides that a strike authorised by a trade union without a secret strike ballot of union members may be declared by the Minister to be unlawful and ordered discontinued.
