Decree No. 92/2621 of 10 January 1992 concerning the approval by the Council of Ministers of the agreement on special credit funds signed on 9 December 1991 within the framework of the "Agreement on the Creation and Financing of Special Credit Funds" concluded on 7 December 1972 between the Republic of Turkey and the Federal Republic of Germany with the aim of encouraging the professional reintegration in Turkey of the Turkish workers from Germany.
