Abstract/Citation: This Act is comprised of 173 sections, 13 Parts and 12 Schedules. The various Parts are entitled Contributions; Contributory Benefits; Non-Contributory Benefits; Increases for Dependants; Benefits for Industrial Injuries; Income-Related Benefits; Social Fund; Child Benefit; Christmas Bonus for Pensioners; Statutory Sick Pay; and Statutory Maternity Pay. The enactments consolidated by this Act are repealed by the Consequential Provisions Act.
