Abstract/Citation: Concerns remuneration and other conditions of employment of school teachers. It establishes a review body to consider statutory conditions of employment of school teachers, provides for orders relating to statutory conditions of employment, special provisions as to grant-maintained schools, and other connected matters. The Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1987 and section 46(1) and paragraphs 38 and 39 of Schedule 12 of the Education Reform Act 1988 are repealed.
