| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for adjustments of Social Security Benefits, Family Credit, Income Support, Housing Benefit and Community Charge Benefits. In addition, the Act revokes articles 3 to 11 and 14 to 18 of and Schedules 1 and 3 to 11 to the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1990 in relation to any particular case as from the date on which the dates or amounts of benefit specified in this Order in relation to that case; articles 13 and 14 of and Schedule 2 to the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1989; and the Social Security Benefits Up-rating (No. 2) Order 1987. The various articles of the Order come into force as provided under article 1(2). |
