Abstract/Citation: Concerns matters arising from the substitution of disability living allowance for attendance allowance and mobility allowance and the dissolution of the Attendance Allowance Board, and are divided into 5 Parts. Part III relates to the replacement of mobility allowance with disability living allowance. Part IV contains provisions common to both Part II and Part III.
