| Abstract/Citation: | Amends provisions of the Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1986, which provide for adjudication procedures common to all social security benefits, and are consequential upon the coming into force of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991. The changes involve the insertion of references to matters concerning attendance allowances, disability living allowances and disability working allowances. |
