| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987. Its provisions are consequential on the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991, which provides for disability living allowance and disability working allowance and revokes section 37A of the Social Security Act 1975 under which mobility allowance is paid. |
