Second Region

Amends the Trade Unions Act to provide for definitions of "contract of service" and "employer", and a new definition of "strike"; and for the maintainability of legal proceedings against trade unions and/or their officers with the exception of actions based on allegations of inducement of breach of contract, or interference with trade, business or employment.
