Abstract/Citation: Brings into force all remaining provisions of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991. The commencement dates are 1991-10-19 for the powers enabling Regulations to be made; 1992-02-03 for the purposes of making claims for, and the determination of claims and questions relating to, disability living allowance, and attendance allowance where the person has attained the age of 65; 1992-03-10 for the purpose of making claims for, and the determination of claims and questions relating to, disability working allowance; 1992-04-06 for all remaining purposes, apart from up-rating; 1992-05-01, for up-rating.
