Abstract/Citation: Regulations applying to the dismantling of houses for urban construction in city planning zones. Their stated purpose is "to cope with the demands of urban construction and national economic development, strengthen management in relocating urban housing and protect the legitimate rights of citizens". Provision is made for payment of compensation to the owners of duly licensed premises scheduled for demolition. Mention is also made of relocation accommodation.
