Abstract/Citation: Amends the 1987 Regulations bearing the same title in respect of, inter alia, payment of income support during a period of up to 8 weeks whilst a claimant or one or more other members of the family are abroad for the purpose of accompanying a child or young person during treatment, claims for income support in respect of persons from countries which are a party to the European Convention on Social and Medical Assistance who are temporarily resident, an increase in the amount of income from charitable or voluntary payments which is to be disregarded.
